The Government has issued Decree No. 63/2008/ND-CP on charges of environmental protection for the mineral. The local budget to enjoy 100% support for the protection and investment environment for local work mineral.

Accordingly, the industry exploit the mineral types: rock, Fenspat, gravel, sand, soil, coal, natural mineral water, mineral sa titanium (ilmenit), all kinds of metal minerals, apatit ore, crude oil and gas nature must charge of environmental protection.

Decree also specified, the charge of environmental protection for crude oil: 100,000 VND / ton; natural gas: 200 d/m3; lead ore, zinc ore, tin ore: 180,000 VND / ton; sa titanium minerals, ore precious stones (diamond, ruby, saphia ,...): 50,000 VND / ton; Stone Wall tiles time, art work (granite, gabro stone flowers ,...): 50,000 d/m3; iron ore, ore cromit: 40,000 VND / ton ....

Specifically, the provisions of this Decree, the Council of provinces and cities directly under the central government decides the specific charges and the level of environmental protection for each type of mineral exploitation in accordance with practical conditions local.

Charge of environmental protection for the mineral (not including crude oil and natural gas) is tolerant the local budget to enjoy 100% support for the protection and investment environment in local activities the mineral.
